Order can’t be cancelled once payment is made, however, you can request to change the items you purchase with an item of equivalent value.

Orders made before 2pm will be processed on the same day and will have same day delivery. Any orders after 2pm will be processed the next working

Yes. Orders can be amended before it is shipped out, once shipped, the orders are final.

We do have a refund policy, complaint of damaged product made within 24hours upon receiving the goods will be handled by replacing the product on one-to-one basis. No money refund policy.
